Cancellation Policy

All class and session bookings are extremely important to Calm with Sam and I understand that sometimes circumstances may arise, or unexpected delays can occur that require you to cancel or reschedule. I value your time and mine as a Practitioner therefore to enable an efficient schedule and the ability to provide the best possible experience and opportunity to all clients my cancellation policy is as follows: 

 

Cancellation Notice: 

Please kindly provide at least 48-hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a class or session, anything within this timeframe will be considered a late cancellation.

Late Cancellations: 

Are considered as being made with less than 48-hours notice and clients will not receive a refund of their booking as this compensates for my time and the missed opportunity to offer the space to another client. 

 

No Show: 

In the event of a no show without prior 48-hours notice of cancellation or rescheduling of booking, the client will not receive a refund. 

 

Late Arrivals: 

Clients are reminded to arrive 5-10 minutes early for in-person and online classes and sessions to allow time to get settled and comfortable. 

 

Important Note: Any late arrivals for in-person and online classes will unfortunately not be able to join and will not receive a refund if any fees have been paid. This is due to the nature of the class requiring full participation from start to finish and the calm flow and guidance of the class cannot be broken or disrupted. If you arrive late, please note you are not to attempt to join the class in anyway due to the above. It would be appreciated if you contact me on SamHobday@calmwithsam.co.uk explaining the reason behind your lateness or non-attendance. 

 

Online BB2FB sessions will be cancelled and no refund issued after 30 minutes of lateness and/or no communication. If you join within this time the session will only last for the remaining duration of the initial session timeslot with no partial refund given for the missed session time. 

 

Provider Cancellation Rights:

At my sole discretion I reserve the right to cancel a scheduled class or session and will notify you as soon as possible to provide you with the following options: 

  

- A full refund  

- The opportunity to transfer your class booking to either an equivalent class in the future or for a session on another appropriate date and time, all subject to availability.

 

I appreciate your understanding and cooperation with the above cancellation policy. By completing your booking, you acknowledge and agree to the above.
