Teaching adults a multitude of therapeutic Breathwork techniques utilising the CALM, CLEAR, CONNECT (C.C.C) Method which promotes physical, emotional and psychological aspects of wellbeing

C.C.C Method

A comprehensive and evidence based framework rooted in Polyvagal Theory which was developed by Dr Stephen Porges.

Designed to help adults regulate their nervous system and move from the RED/BLUE ZONE into the GREEN ZONE

Functional 

Ulitising a Breathe Better to Feel Better (BB2FB) session. Functional and Educational Breathwork wellbeing can help adults understand what their current breathing patterns and behaviours are and how breathing optimally can reduce and manage stress, anxiety and support overall health and wellbeing

To help adults regulate their nervous systems utilising Breathwork. Specialising in reducing and relieving stress, anxiety and chronic conditions.

The C.C.C Method utilises CALM, CLEAR and CONNECT pillars. Utilising 15 different breathing techniques across separate Signature Breathwork classes or combined class. All classes are designed to teach the fundamentals of optimal breathing to help adults be more present and live a more value led life
