Class Information

This class combines all three pillars CALM, CLEAR and CONNECT and takes adults on a Breathwork journey by calming down the nervous system, clearing stress and then connecting back to their lives. Perfect for those who live in the RED/BLUE ZONE and wish to bring themselves back into the GREEN ZONE and everyday life. However, like all Calm with Sam Signature classes it’s also perfect for anyone who wishes to learn how to optimally breathe, regulate their nervous system, relax and restore back to a healthy state of wellbeing. Calm with Sam Experience.... A calm, relaxed, safe and supportive approach and environment for each Signature class is achieved through the following.... Use of lights/candles (LED ONLY) Tibetan bowl Calming, relaxing, uplifting and reflective music Fully led with instructor explanations, instructions and guidance Understanding, compassion and empathy Classes will involve an array of layered tools including.... Essential oils Touch (instructor and client led) Progressive muscle relaxation Reflecting and journalling Optional picking of an affirmation/mindfulness oracle card Things to bring and what to wear…. Water Blankets/pillows Eye masks Comfortable/loose fitting clothing Warm socks Journal and pen There is plenty of free parking at the Designed Pilates studio or on The Green. Please could I ask clients to be mindful and respectful when parking as this is on the studio owners Lisa's private property, thank you. PLEASE NOTE- A minimum of 2 client bookings are required to allow the class to go ahead, otherwise the class will be cancelled 24 hours in advance and a full refund or the option to move the class to an alternative date will be offered.
