To help adults regulate their nervous systems utilising Breathwork. Specialising in reducing and relieving stress, anxiety and chronic conditions.

Therapeutic Breathwork....
Calm with Sam utilises a CALM, CLEAR, CONNECT (C.C.C) Method, which promotes physical, emotional and psychological aspects of wellbeing​.

Teaching 15 different breathing techniques across separate Breathwork classes or a combined group class in-person and online. All classes are designed to teach the fundamentals of optimal breathing to help adults be more present and live a more value led life.

The C.C.C Method is a comprehensive and evidence based framework rooted in Polyvagal Theory which was developed by Dr Stephen Porges.​ It is designed to help adults regulate their nervous system and move from the RED/BLUE ZONE into the GREEN ZONE, to a state of rest and digestion.

Functional Breathwork can help adults understand what their current breathing patterns and behaviours are and how breathing optimally can reduce and manage stress, anxiety and support overall health and wellbeing.
